This programme’s objective is to train professionals taking part in Official Development Aid (ODA) programmes for developingor emerging countries. The programme isorganised in close collaboration with consulting enterprises. The teaching staff comprises bothhighlevelacademics and professionals of theconsulting business, as well as economic experts in the field of development, including working in International Organisations. After graduation, students master the know-how needed in all phases of the project cycle typical of ODA programmes. This includes understanding the rationale of ODA and the mechanism of tenders, the process of drafting terms of reference by donors and beneficiary countries as well as the bidding of consulting companies; it also includes the skills of managing a project in a developing country with its specific culture and the economic expertise needed to implement a programme of technical assistance in the most relevant socio-economic fields. Graduate students access positions of (junior) economic expert, consultant, (assistant) project manager, in consulting firms, development-oriented NGOs, research departments of banks, international organisations etc.Programme de la formation :

Conditions d'admission :
Students should be highly motivated by economic development and globalisation issues. A good level of English is requested. An oral test before the teaching staff will assess the candidate’s capability.This program is open to students with a vietnamese đại học diploma, especially in economy – but degrees in management studies, in political science, in business administration or in engineering are also welcome. It is also open to students who received 60 M1 credits in a program following the european credit system. A relevant professional experience will be an asset.Bourses :
